First Meeting of the Year!!!

Treasure Seekers welcomed a new 4H year on September 13, 2010. We are very excited to begin a new year and are looking forward to the opportunities this 4H year is sure to hold!


The 2009/2010 officers conducted the first part of the meeting. After a normal business meeting, last year’s officers completed their duties and then new officers were welcomed (those running unopposed automatically received the office they were running for) and elected. This year’s officers are:

President: Josiah Stallings

VP: Mary Green

Secretary: Parker Downes

Treasurer: Julia Sorano

Reporter: Emily Green

Historians: Marah Lowery and Amanda Green

Parliamentarian: Alex Lazic

Chaplain: Hannah Summy

Recreation Leaders: Corey Treadway and Nolan Lowery

Greeters:Sydney Day, Autumn Overton, Elizabeth Smoak & 

Carolyne Stallings

Following the elections, project leaders introduced their projects to the club. This year’s projects and leaders are:

Tennis, led by Christi Smoak

Quilting, led by Bonnie Bennet

Crafts, led by Debbie Lazic
